Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments confirmed in a written order with Cloudnet Automation. Informational prices on this website do not themselves create a refundable purchase.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment if no live session has been attended and no downloadable cohort pack has been accessed.

Full or partial refunds

If you withdraw after the first live session but before the midpoint of a cohort, a partial refund of 50% of tuition may be issued. After the midpoint, tuition is non-refundable except where required by Korean consumer law.

Non-refundable items

• Custom case-writing fees already delivered
• Onsite travel costs incurred at your request
• Third-party exam or network fees paid on your behalf

Refund process

Email contact@cloudnet-automation.digital with your order reference, enrolled names, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Bank timelines outside our control may add delay.

Cancellation by Cloudnet Automation

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical or force-majeure events may qualify for credit toward a future cohort even when a cash refund is unavailable. Credits expire after 12 months.
